Technique, Tactics, and Conditioning (Te-Ta-Co) are the three soccer essentials. But of all the three, conditioning is the most significant element in the game. We offer a great opportunity to players that want to improve their soccer speed, flexibility, agility, endurance, strength, coordination and balance. Our offerings include: Physical conditioning program with and without the ball to Under 13 - 18 players (Flying and Super Eagles divisions). Conditioning training, “with the ball” to Under 10 - 12 players (Golden Eaglets division). NOTE: The Under 7 - 9 players, (Young Stars) are exempted from our conditioning program.
